Unit powers on, but it has a LOCK ERR. Unit fails self test with error "112 Coarse Loop Osc Failed". It outputs a signal but the frequency is off as it was set to 2000MHz, but it outputs 2005MHz. When set to output 10MHz, actual output is 78MHz. When set to 100MHz, outputs 171MHz. Power level is accurate across frequencies. Only able to test up to 3GHz. Screen has mildew spots all over behind the covering. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
