Shipping policy
Handling Time: Most orders received Monday through Friday by 8am PST ship same day (Holidays Excluded). Orders received after 8am will ship next business day.
Standard Domestic Flat Rate Shipping: Most items ship free within the USA
Expedited Domestic Shipping: Expedited shipping options for your order will be
calculated and displayed at checkout.
Calculated shipping: Items that are not eligible for free shipping will have shipping charges calculated and displayed at checkout once you have provided your ship to address.
Post Office Box Policy: While most items can ship to a post office box, we use FedEx for expedited and larger items which cannot be shipped to a post office box. In the event your item cannot be shipped to your post office box, we will reach out to you in order to obtain a physical address for your shipment.
Free Local Pickup: After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be ready for pickup the same or next business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions to complete the pickup. Our in-store pickup hours are 8am to 2pm Monday through Friday. Please have your order number ready upon arrival. Hand carry and loading via forklift is available.

International Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you have provided your ship to address.
Checking Order Status: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status and estimated delivery date. You can also check the status via the link provided in your order confirmation email.
