Refund policy

 

• Once you receive a shipping notification, it is too late to cancel the order and you must request a return. 
• Items marked "AS-IS" are not eligible for returns and are sold in as-is conditions with no return accepted.   If not marked "AS-IS" returns are accepted within 30 days of original ship date as long as the item is in its original condition and not modified.  Buyer is responsible for return ship costs. 
• Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns. If the item you purchased was offered with free shipping, we will confirm the shipping costs that will be deducted from your refund. 
• We may elect to not accept or authorize the return of products that are not in their original condition. 
• Once the product has been returned to us and has been ascertained to be complete and undamaged. Your purchase price, less shipping, will be refunded to you.  We do not refund any shipping costs.
