The power LED illuminated but we are not able to check anything further. The lever that moves the head around is detached from the head. Unit appears complete. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
