West Bond 5400B / 5600B Ultrasonic Wedge Wire Bonder 5400B-44A-45J-46 - AS IS

Tested, but it not functional. Unit powers on, when unit comes on the screen says "Model 5600B - Version 2.14 / No response detected from ultrasonic, Press Reset to retry" Screen stays on this unless you press the test button, then it goes to a test screen and you are able to jog the head up and down. All internal parts appear to be in place. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
