Unit powers on and the lights are working, but the power light is blinking which indicates unsafe incoming voltage. There is no power coming from protected outlets. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
