When plugged in, only the tilt LED illuminates, but the power LED never comes on. Pressing the power button does not turn the unit on. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
