Unit powers on, but we are unable to test any further. Unit includes one key. One doesn't have a key, but it's in the on position. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
