Unit powered on, and reached 1200 RPM before shutting down and emitting smoke. After that, the unit does not power back on. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
