Unit powers on, but it does not measure correctly because the tip was not stored in solution. Fair physical condition due to the connectors have some corrosion. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
