Tested – Not Working. Unit powers on for approximately one second, then shuts off and continuously power cycles. The buttons briefly flash for about one second before the unit powers off. The screen never turns on and has a circular defective mark on the lower-left side. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
