Unit powers on but it does not boot. When power is applied, all the LEDs on the front panel light up and stay on. Nothing appears on the screen and we are not able to test further. Unit will have some pen marking on the top of the faceplate. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
