Unit powers on and is stuck on the splash screen. After a couple seconds, all the front panel LEDs turn on and stay on. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
