Unit powers on, but it failed to pass clear audio. There was a constant 60-Hz buzz (indicating possible ground issue). The attenuation surges and dips as well as the Inputs/outputs work. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
