Unit powers on, but only displays blocks and symbols, also dropped the voltage on the power supply from 18 to 8. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
