This unit has been tested, and the output is accurate and works, however, the amperage meter on front shows 0.01 no matter how much output is drawn. 

Cosmetically in fair/poor condition showing moderate to heavier scuffs / scratches / blemishes from previous use, as well as a couple of the rear cooling fins are slightly bent.
