Unit powers on and responds to input, and take-up reel spins when deck is empty but does not move when tape is present and does not play tape. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
