Unit powers on, but the output amplitude is about 60dBm below what is supposed to be output. Frequency is accurate. LF output works as intended. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
