Rohde & Schwarz DVM 400 Digital Video Measurement System W/ Opt DVM400-B2 AS IS

Unit powers on, boots to Windows. Once booted, the software application does not load, and clicking anywhere on the screen brings up whatever you hover over. Explorer windows, programs, everything opens when hovered over. It's like the enter key is being held down. The front panel keys do have effect in Windows, and none are stuck, so I would assume that the front keypad is causing the issue. If the ESC key is held down, it seems to cancel out the keypress. Not able to test further. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
