Unit powers on and spins at startup, but when the arrows are pushed, the front module doesn't respond and EE is on the display. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
