Unit appears to flicker on when turning on power switch and it does not stay powered on for more than one second. Unable to test further and for this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
