This item is fully tested, but the volt meter on the third channel does not work, but current meter works. Item will come with a 30 Day Warranty.

Cosmetically in fair condition showing moderate to heavier scuffs / scratches / blemishes from previous use. There is some corrosion/rust on the front of the top lid. The tracking switch locking mechanism is missing, but switch still works.
