Panasonic Technics RS-263US Cassette Deck - AS IS For Parts

Unit powers on and responds to input as well as the lights are working, but there is a loud hum coming from left channel and the right channel signal is very low; inaudible but meter moves. There is no sign that device is receiving audio input. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
