Multicom MUL-HRPR-4B Optical Return Path Receiver - Loose Handle

Cosmetically in fair condition showing moderate to heavier scuffs / scratches / blemishes from previous use. The back fan is very loud and one of the handles is loose on the front. There is a loose piece on the inside also.
