Unit powers on and the screen comes on, but is not responsive. The buttons do not change anything. Cooling does not come on and the fan does not come on. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
