Unit powers on, but it makes a slight clicking noise when connected/disconnected from power (indicates some power circulation),. There was no response from the handset and for this, unable to test further. We are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
