When hooking up to power, nothing occurs. We are unable to verify functionality. Unit is in good physical condition. There is no PC or software included. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
