Unit powers on and successfully transmits a video signal. However, it is unable to accept or eject tapes, preventing full functional testing. As a result, the playback function could not be tested. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
