Unit powers on, but the tip mounting plate does not align with the tip box and lacks the grip necessary to pick up tips. Additionally, the ejector levers fail to release the tips. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
