The adjustment knob for left-to-right panning is missing, and the internal brake system prevents the base from panning properly in either direction. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
