Unit powers on, but the unit just blinks when you turn it on and other times it beeps constantly and then when hitting reset, it works as normal. The unit has dead pixels on some of the numbers. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
