Unit powers on, internal fans come on, but there is no display. The buttons are not responsive. One adjustment knob is broken off. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
