This unit has been tested, and unit cools to lower setpoint. Vacuum pump turns on and seems to work well, however the vacuum gauge never went down. There could be a leak somewhere but you can not hear any air coming in, and when you turn the pump off, it does keep vacuum for a while. Could be the pump is not working well enough to keep a low vacuum.
Cosmetically in good condition showing minor scuffs / scratches / blemishes from previous use.
