Unit turns on and pulls air but never creates a vacuum. The mixing valve may have a leak or the gauge. The gauge does not work and the face is cloudy. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
