Unit powers on, but the front panel LED immediately turns blue. There is no network activity coming from the network port. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
