Unit powers on, and immediately makes a buzzing noise then starts smoking. We are unable to test. further. Unit does not have hard drives or faceplate. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
