Unit powers on, pumps activate briefly, then shutoff after a few seconds, but we are unable to test further. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
