The lights do not power on. The fan turns on when given power so unit shows signs of life. The light inside the optical probe input blinks various colors when powered on. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
