Unit powers on and the buttons are responsive, but it shows error E-413 (Serial EEPROM checksum error). For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
