Unit powers on, but the display does not turn on and there was a beep during power up. Theheat or speed control is not working. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
