Unit powers on, however, the load feature is not operational. The electronic load did not engage or respond to applied settings. No further testing has been performed. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
