HP E3611A DC Power Supply - AS IS For Parts or Repairs

Unit has been tested, but fails to display accurate power. Meter scrolls continuously and output shows a 1–2V variance. RANGE and CC SET buttons are unresponsive. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
