This item is fully tested. Attenuator 6 LED stays off. All buttons feel loose, they do not pop in and out like they are supposed to, but they still turn on and off. Item will come with a 30 Day Warranty.

Cosmetically in fair condition showing moderate to heavier scuffs / scratches / blemishes from previous use.
