HP 8970A Noise Figure Meter - AS IS For Parts

Unit powers on, but immediately the screen shows E 80. If you press preset, it will keep going and then shows E 26. Buttons are responsive, but no buttons will clear the E 26 from the screen. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
