HP 8903A Audio Analyzer 20Hz - 100kHz - AS IS For Parts

Unit powers on, but it does not boot. All LEDs come on and stay on, screen shows all 888's. The buttons are not responsive. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
