HP 8654B RF Signal Generator 10-520MHz - Fair Condition

This item is fully tested, but the meter shows 0 no matter what. The meter selection knob does not seem to be switching properly. When powering on, the meter goes all the way to the top then back down. Item will come with a 30 Day Warranty.
