HP 8592B 9 kHz - 22 Ghz Portable Spectrum Analyzer With Option 430 - AS IS

Unit powers on, but it will not show input signals between 13-19 GHz. Other ranges show a signal but the amplitude is incorrect. Giving a signal at 1GHz -5dBm shows on the analyzer as -15dBm. At 5GHz -5dBm, the analyzer shows -11dBm. Will not self-cal, shows error that cal signal not found. The cal signal is reading 297.5MHz instead of 300MHz, and -45dBm instead of -20dBm. Overall physical condition is fair due to the screen bezel is loose on the side with the buttons, and the plastic has cracked so that the screws are not holding it on. The screen appears not level, and is tipped slightly to the left side. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
