HP 83620A Synthesized Sweeper, 10 MHz to 20 GHz With Options 001, 008 - AS IS

Unit attempts to power on, but resets every few seconds. Sometimes it will stay on for about 10 seconds, and the buttons seem responsive, but the screen never comes on, then it will reset again. The overcurrent light illuminates on the power supply every time it turns off. Based on troubleshooting, it seems that the problem lies in the screen module or the A3 processor board. When the power connector to the screen is disconnected, the unit stays on and boots, but has no display. Overall physical condition is good, minor scuffs and scratches. 

For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
