Unit powers on, but the display never comes on as well as the buttons not responsive. There is no output. The handles included but detached. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
