Description
Unit powers on and the display comes on as well as buttons are all responsive. When turning on the output, the unit shows "Unr" and does not output any power. There is no options. Handles included but detached. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
